Rent also includes water, sewer, and trash, and we offer flexible lease options with 6 or 12-month terms to suit your needs! Our requirements are; income is 2.5 - 3x the rent, no evictions, or violent arrests. We do a credit check but we do not have a minimum score. We just make sure your basic bills are being paid. Phone bill, car payments, Tj Maxx Cards, no recent repossessions, etc. Completed employment and rental verification from a current / former landlord or property manager. Animals under 30 lbs are allowed at some properties with certain fees The application fee is $50 per adult and can be paid at a later time (via money order or PayPal) but is required before we can approve / deny you for the unit.
