With your application, you must provide proof of income that shows you earn at least 2.5-3 times the monthly rent. Our requirements are; income is 2.5 - 3x the rent, no evictions, or violent arrests. We do a credit check but we do not have a minimum score. We just make sure your basic bills are being paid. Phone bill, car payments, Tj Maxx Cards, no recent repossessions, etc. Completed employment and rental verification from a current / former landlord or property manager. Animals under 30 lbs are allowed at some properties with certain fees The application fee is $50 per adult and can be paid at a later time (via money order or cashapp) but is required before we can approve / deny you for the unit.
