Phone bill, car payments, Tj Maxx Cards, no recent repossessions, etc. Completed employment and rental verification from a current / former landlord or property manager. Animals under 30 lbs are allowed at some properties with certain fees The application fee is $65 per adult and can be paid at a later time (via money order or PayPal) but is required before we can approve / deny you for the unit.
